02 / What I did

Built the Laravel backend of CheckProof's new Scheduling Tool, automating maintenance task scheduling, expiry deviations, and push alerts on a SaaS platform used in 35+ countries.
Engineered a task lifecycle monitor that handled a 1M-task backlog in load tests with zero failures or deadlocks, using 75% fewer database calls per status change.
Built the cutover from the legacy scheduler, moving customers' live maintenance schedules to the new system with one-switch rollback at any point.
Captured legacy scheduling behavior in characterization tests before the rewrite, giving the team a safety net to replace business-critical code.
Delivered AI-powered checklist generation (NestJS, AWS Bedrock) that turns complex PDF and Excel documents into ready-to-use inspection checklists.
Improved production reliability by introducing structured logging and Sentry monitoring for the AI service and resolving critical data-integrity and performance issues in the core platform.
